THE PRECIOUS METALS ARE RISING AT BORSA ISTANBUL

Last week, news on vaccines approved by countries and the reintroduction of the US stimulus package supported precious metals. In this way, the prices of gold and silver started to rise in Borsa Istanbul.

Gold price recorded its highest level at 1843,50 usd/oz level at  Borsa Istanbul. Gold completed the week with 1825 usd/oz level. There was a very wide price band as 87,5 usd/oz level. Compared to previous week, gold gained more than 0,9% value. Gold traded volume was quite good as almost 17 MT at Borsa. After Borsa session closed, gold investors turned to gold so gold price reached at 1837,32 usd/oz level at international markets.

Silver reached its highest level at 24,10 usd/oz and could hold on this level at Borsa. The closing was almost the same with silvers highest level as 24 usd/oz. According to last week, white metal gained 3% value. Silver transaction volume was very high as 19 MT at Borsa Istanbul.
