LAST WEEK BEARS WERE ACTIVE AT BORSA ISTANBUL

Last week gold remained under strong dollar pressure and lost ground. Turkish market needed gold more than ever because all market players were trying to adapt new regulations regarding gold imports to Turkey.  Turkish market is becoming more strong at all aspects and nowadays there is very good premium on LBMA Good Delivery bars up to 7-8 usd/oz. Most of market players and bullion dealers benefited from premiums.

Sellers side was strong so gold price rolled down till 1685 usd/oz and closing price was like 1698 usd/oz. According to last week gold lost %3.6 and in one week there was more than 12 MT trading volume.  Bears also were active at Silver and white metal finished week with 25.15 usd/oz. Trading volume was quite good with 13.6 MT.
