GOLD PRICE REACHED TO 1780 USD/OZ LEVEL AT BORSA ISTANBUL

Last week, FED president’s speech and inflation data in US gave direction to precious metals. Precious metals started the week with sellers but recovered towards the end of the week. Borsa Istanbul also had a lucrative week.

Gold followed a rising course during the week. Gold moved around 1745 usd/oz level at Borsa Istanbul. Yellow metal completed the week with its highest level of 1780 usd/oz. Gold gained  almost 3% value at Borsa. There was a pretty good gain. The volume of gold trading in Borsa Istanbul was 7 MT as last week. 

Silver spent a week with buyers like gold. Silver reached its highest level at 25,75 usd/oz level and completed the week almost the same level at Borsa Istanbul. Compared to last week, white metals gained 2,4% value. Silver transaction volume was quite high at 24 MT in Borsa Istanbul as last week. 

On Monday session, Borsa Istanbul was not active that much. There are buyers with discount up to 0,50 usd/oz and also seller with premium up to 3 usd/oz.
